Big Game Raffle Partner Program
The Big Game is the biggest game of the year for football fans. Whether your favorite team is playing or not, attending is a thrill that you will never forget.The annual Big Game Drawing is the primary fundraiser of the Rotary Club of Indian Rocks Beach. The event focus is the sale of drawing tickets for prizes that include a grand prize ticket package to the Big Game and additional cash prizes. It is devoted to raising money to do good in our community and beyond.
The Rotary Club of Indian Rocks Beach offers the opportunity for other Rotary Clubs and non-profit charities to participate in our fundraiser as a Partner.
The partnership is simple.
The partner takes as many tickets as it thinks it can sell. At the end of the event the partner returns all the completed ticket stubs and 50% of the gross sales proceeds. You keep the remaining 50% without the heavy lifting that comes with creating and administering a fundraiser. Our club takes care of all the work it is ‘beneficial to all concerned’!
All tickets must be returned with 50% of the gross sales proceeds by December 1st.
